NETWORK AND COMPUTER SYSTEMS ENGINEERS

Install, configure and support local area network, wide area network, and internet systems. Recommend changes to improve systems and network configurations and determine hardware or software requirements. Configure, Monitor and Support VOIP, TCIP/ IP networks and Cisco Works. Configure, manage and troubleshoot VLAN, VTP, STP, Trucks and Windows servers.

Manage IP addressing and implement IP address lists. Perform Import, Export, Backup and Recovery of various programs. Install and configure VMwares to Users Desktops and laptops.

Evaluate and recommend internal connectivity hardware, software and services to fulfill various business needs. Bachelor’s degree in the above fields along with 5 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation is acceptable. Any suitable combination of education, training or experience is acceptable. Work location: Henrico, VA and various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.

INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY - SOLUTION ARCHITECT

Discuss with the company leadership and assess the expectations and then put in place technical solutions that meet those expectations and criteria.

Collaborate with engineers or software developers to select appropriate design solutions or ensure the compatibility of system components.

Identify and documents hardware components, or software components, required to build the infrastructure required to meet the needs.

Plan and design all training programs to enhance skills required to solve the critical problems in the following technology - Object Oriented Programming using Java,J2EE, JSP, Spring, Selenium, QA,Mi.Net, Microsoft ASP.Net, Java Script, HTML, MVC,SQL Server, Informatica, SSRS,SSAS, SSIS, Unix, Oracle 9g, Salesforce, Data engineering tech.

Identify information technology project resource requirements and identify the right technology for building Learning system.

Design integrated computer systems between different sources.

Design and develop a system application which utilize the OOPS programming concepts, Reusable classes, interfaces and identify appropriate technology – Java, J2EE, JSP, Spring, Selenium, QA, Microsoft .Net, ASP.Net, Java Script, HTML, MVC, SQL Server, .Net which fulfill company business needs.

Design and develop IT infrastructure is made up of the hardware and software components: facilities, servers, networking hardware desktop computers that are needed to deliver IT services and Training solutions.

Communicate with staff or clients to understand specific system requirements. Understand the company business and create a solution that fits in a company strategy.

Assess and evaluate the opportunities and challenges of employing a cloud computing strategy and design appropriate cloud network Infrastructure solution that meet company business goals.

Identify hardware, or software components, infrastructure required to meet the needs.

Verify stability, interoperability, portability, security, or scalability of system architecture.

Communicate with staff or clients, Leadership to understand specific system requirements. Understand the company business and create a solution that fits in a company strategy.

Test computer system operations, functionality, and integration to ensure proper functioning.

Observe the company processes and find ways of making them better and work closely with the business planning team, coming up with solutions to fit the company business objective.

COMPUETR SYSTEM ANALYST

Date: 02/15/2021
Collaborate with business and operations teams to prioritize and scope new features. Translate business/customer requirements into performant tools.

Manage the development, testing, and delivery of native Salesforce components. Participate in system testing efforts, ensuring that issues are identified, tracked, and reported on and resolved.

Work cross-functionally to identify areas for new and improved internal systems and tooling. Participate in the design and implementation of new eCommerce systems.

Design and implement new systems by choosing and configuring hardware and software.

Train the systems’ end users and write instruction manuals

Collaborate with key business areas and leaders across the organization to understand reporting and analytics needs and offer solutions.

Customize standard and custom objects, formula fields, process automation, reports/dashboards, and use data tools (Excel + Data Loader or similar) in salesforce.

Develop Salesforce objects, fields, rules as well as dynamic reports and dashboards.

Work with internal stakeholders and CRM Operations Manager to create, maintain, and distribute performance dashboards for KPIs, measurable through Salesforce, including pipeline management, user task and event management, and revenue and client engagement metrics.

Oversee the installation and configuration of new systems to customize them for the organization.

Conduct testing to ensure that the systems work as expected.

Participate in cross-functional teams that address issues involving CRM and business operations, act in a consultative capacity to ensure Salesforce optimization.

Research emerging technologies to decide if installing them can increase the organization’s efficiency and effectiveness.

Test, maintain, and monitor computer programs and systems, including coordinating the installation of computer programs and systems.

Prepare an analysis of costs and benefits so that management can decide if IT systems and computing infrastructure upgrades are financially worthwhile.

Troubleshoot program and system malfunctions to restore normal functioning.
